As a (very) young brand, PUDDY is looking for vibrant individuals who actively share their passion for the game with their friends and followers.

General Information for Wholesale Orders

1. Products on the website that are available at wholesale prices will have an "available at wholesale pricing" note at the bottom of its description. Tiered pricing starts at 65% of the product's RRP with an order minimum of 30 Limestone Putting Saucers.

2. Wholesale pricing is only available to buyers for events or physical retail stores in the destinations we ship to, it is not available to web-only businesses.

3. Note that different terms will be in effect due to shipping costs and times, as well as policies concerning individual buyers.

4. Buyers interested in wholesale pricing must contact us at henlo@golfpuddy.com with a proposal form for our consideration and offer. A template of the proposal form is available through this link.

. Please allow us 1 - 5 business days to consider your proposal and revert on our offer or other queries. Once your order is confirmed, use the discount code provided to ensure you are charged the wholesale price through this website. Shipping costs are collected separately via Paypal invoice (you do not need a Paypal account to pay the invoice).

6. Regardless of any reason, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds. Please make sure you are clear on the items you are purchasing. If you feel an item was damaged or is not the quality shown, please contact us promptly so we may alleviate the problem. 

7. Upon receipt of shipment, the buyer should immediately inspect goods and make note of any and all damages or shortages discovered. We are happy to help with any order that is within 3 DAYS of delivery. Please be advised we will not be held responsible for any items found damaged or missing after.

Other Matters

SPONSORSHIPS / GolfPuddy does not yet offer monetary sponsorships to ​any individual, entity or events. Please refer to the wholesale proposal form if you are considering PUDDY's products as gifts or prizes

COMPLIMENTARY MERCH / as the costs of honouring all such requests would be prohibitive, it is our policy to refrain from providing complimentary merchandise to anyone other than those we already have established relationships with.​

PRODUCT DONATIONS / GolfPuddy in improving social welfare through philanthropic efforts. In the spirit of fairness, we adopt a policy whereby GolfPuddy focuses its support only to nonprofit organizations that continually demonstrate strong commitments to their cause with results and transparency.

DISCOUNT PURCHASE PROGRAMS / although GolfPuddy does not offer any discount purchase programs, we do not restrict our authorised resellers from offering them to you at their stores and terms first. We will be happy to discuss if a reseller is unavailable or uncooperative at your location.
