SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be processed in 1 - 5 business days unless stated otherwise.
Retail orders will be shipped as Tracked Packages (Singapore) or International Registered Airmail Packages. Please refer to the table below for shipping rates. Shipping is calculated as a flat fee and is free above a certain amount at checkout.

All international deliveries times are estimated in business days, subject to prevailing conditions and customs clearance. Any customs or import duties that may be charged upon arrival at the destination country must be paid by the recipient of the order. GolfPuddy can neither guarantee any charges or duration nor predict what they may be.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
PUDDY takes considerable measures to ensure our products reach you in the best condition possible. However, there remains a possibility that packages become damaged en route to our customers. In the unfortunate event your order is received in a damaged state, we ask that you report the damage within 48 hours of delivery to us via email with (1) the order number, (2) images of the shipment's packaging containing the order, (3) images of the product's packaging and (4) images of the damages. Your incident will be carefully considered and a replacement may be provided on a case-by-case basis with a request that you cover the delivery costs.

We do not, under any circumstances, offer returns, refunds or exchanges. In case of any disputes, GolfPuddy reserve the rights of final decision and interpretation.
